Crafty, Crafty...

Did you know that it's teacher appreciation week? Hmmm, that kind of snuck up on me. I set up my sewing stuff and scrounged my material mountain until I found enough to make two half aprons for Kyla's teachers. I want to keep them both but since I already own more aprons than the average woman, I'll graciously gift them to the marvelous women who spend their mornings with Kyla.

I also made some capris for Kyla's summer enjoyment. I received a large bag of shirts from Freecycle.org (check it out!!!) and a tank top matched the capris perfectly. I added a little flower I made using a tutorial from Grace Violet and !WaLa! A super cute outfit for my girl.
